Monitoring & Evaluation For Out-Of-School-Hours Learning Support Programs

An introductory guide to Monitoring & Evaluation For Out-Of-School-Hours Learning Support Programs

This introductory guide to monitoring and evaluation has been developed to support both new and existing OSHLSPs to establish simple and appropriate evaluation processes. It provides advice on methods and how best to use the data and information gathered through M&E. The steps to create an evaluation plan are laid out with some examples, followed by some useful guiding templates and further reading.

NOTE: Program monitoring and evaluation is a specialised field. The information, tables and examples included in this document are meant as a guide for OSHLSPs only. All M&E tools need to be adapted and refined so that they are relevant to the specific program.
