CMY Ballarat: Living Stories Workshops

Have a story to tell or would like to explore one? Whether it’s about your life, culture, family, or a passion, the Living Stories project is your chance to bring it to life! Through creative workshops led by professional artists, you’ll learn exciting new ways to share your voice…on screen, through words, or even with sound and movement.

Hosted by CMY Ballarat, the Living Stories workshops aim to foster greater inclusivity and celebrate diverse identities. From these workshops you will:

  • Learn creative writing, collage, oral storytelling, and/or documentary filmmaking. 
  • Work with award-winning artists and storytellers. 
  • Build confidence to tell your unique story. 
  • Meet new friends from diverse backgrounds.
