Engaging Multicultural Women and Girls in Sport
Young women from multicultural backgrounds participate in sport for the same reasons that all young people do. But we must remember that when multicultural women and girls enter the sporting arena, they not only face the typical barriers faced by girls in sport, but face a range of other concerns and barriers too.
