The Homework Club Partnership Fund provides grants annually to Learning Support Programs (LSPs) across Victoria. These grants are supported by the Learning Beyond the Bell (LBB) initiative, which provides free support to all LSPs across Victoria. LSPs deliver vital education and wellbeing support to students across Victoria. As a collective, the LSPs, HCPF, and LBB work towards ensuring increased educational and wellbeing outcomes for young people across Victoria.

We are pleased to announce 32 LSPs have been funded through the 2026 round of the Homework Club Partnership Fund (HCPF).

This year’s grant round was highly competitive, with many strong applications from across Victoria. While we are thrilled to support a number of impactful programs through the HCPF, we also acknowledge that some programs unfortunately missed out or were not able to be fully funded. This highlights the ongoing need for greater sector-wide investment to ensure LSPs remain strong, sustainable, and accessible for the students who rely on them. We want to thank all who applied and acknowledge your dedication to supporting the learning and wellbeing of young people in Victoria.

CMY’s LBB team provide free support to all LSPs operating across Victoria, regardless of HCPF funding outcomes. We encourage all LSPs to reach out to the LBB team (learningbeyondthebell@cmy.net.au) for support and guidance.

A big congratulations to the successful 2026 HCPF recipients – we look forward to seeing what you achieve in 2026.

We extend our deep gratitude to our funding partners whose commitment makes this work possible. We are sincerely thankful for the continued and generous support of the Reid Malley Foundation, Stan Willis Trust, and the Australian Community Foundation sub-funds, as well as the one-off emergency funding provided by the Department of Education. Their contributions are helping LSPs meet urgent needs in the sector, enhancing vital education support and strengthening outcomes for young people across Victoria.

As we celebrate the 2026 grant recipients, we also reaffirm our ongoing commitment to advocating for long-term, sustainable funding for the Learning Support Program sector. These programs play an essential role in improving educational equity, and continued investment remains vital.
