Expressions of Interest Now Open: CMY Youth Director
Have you been involved with CMY as a participant, volunteer, advisory group member, advocate, or collaborator?
We’re looking for a young leader from CMY’s community to join our Board as a Youth Director.
This is a unique opportunity for someone under 30 to bring their lived experience, leadership, and insights to the highest level of decision-making at CMY, helping shape the future of an organisation dedicated to supporting young multicultural Victorians
We’re seeking someone who:
- Is under 30 years of age
- Has a previous connection to CMY through our programs or other initiatives
- Has strong connections to multicultural youth communities in Victoria
- Brings lived and professional experience
- Is passionate about leadership, advocacy, and creating positive change
As a Youth Director, you’ll contribute to strategic discussions, champion the voices of multicultural young people, gain hands-on governance experience, and help shape CMY’s long-term sustainability and impact.
