CMSport is thrilled to announce its partnership with Water Polo Australia (WPA) to help build a more inclusive sport for all Australians to be involved in. Working with WPA on the development of the recent Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Strategy has shown they are a sport that is ready to make change and has the support of their community to ensure the sport better reflects current social values. Even more importantly, CMSport values working with a sport that wants their policies and practice informed by direct connection to community
We at CMSport help bridge the gap between sporting communities, like the water polo community, and Australian multicultural communities, providing deep knowledge, breadth of expertise, and lived-experience of multicultural communities and their needs.
Commenting on the partnership, WPA General Manager – Strategy and Special Projects, Holly Tyrell, said:
